Karoline
Finch, co-owner and Instructor, has been a licensed Cosmetology
Instructor for 26 years with emphasis in esthetics and nails,
and a praticing Cosmetologist and Salon owner for 28 years.
She is a graduate of the Vicksburg School of Cosmetology,
The Gulf Coast Institute of Electrolysis and Kemp- Harris
Institute of Aesthetics & Hypertrichology. Attends the
University of Southern Mississippi annually for continuing
education among other continuing education seminars.
Karoline
has received a Certificate of Completion with many such prestigious
companies as: DermAware Bio-Targeted Skin Care, Microdermabrasion/medicpeel,
and Obagi Skin Health Restoration & Rejuvenation System.
In addition she is AIIC Certified in micropigmentation and
permanent cosmetics by the American Institute of Intradermal
Cosmetics in Arlington, Texas.
Mrs.
Finch is a member of the National Cosmetology Association,
Cosmetology Educators of America, Mississippi Education Committee,
Mississippi Cosmetology School Association, and conducts regular
sessions for the Look Good Feel Better program through the
American Cancer Society.

Suzanne
McWilliams
Suzanne
McWilliams became licensed as an aesthetician in June, 2003
and continued with her education under the direction of Karoline
Finch to become an aesthetics instructor. Upon finishing her
hours, McWilliams was tested by the Mississippi State Board
of Cosmetology on January 13, 2004, at which time she became
the first and only licensed aesthetics instructor in the state
of Mississippi.
McWilliams
and Finch partnered in the opening of Mississippi Institute
of Aesthetics and Nails in March, 2004. The school is the
first of its kind in the state.
Suzanne
is certified by Dr. Zein Obagi for the Nu-Derm system and
the Obagi Blue Peel and microdermabrasion/Medipeel. In addition, she is AIIC certified in
micropigmentation and permanent cosmetics by the American
Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics in Arlington, TX.
McWilliams
is currently employed full-time by Dr. John Griffin at the
Eden Day Spa in Hattiesburg,
MS. She uses her training and skill in the art of facial and
body enhancement in the classroom to prepare her students
for the field of aesthetics.
